1.1 This agreement is an agreement between the member user and Chongchong English regarding the user becoming a member of Chongchong English and using the professional version service provided by Chongchong English. This agreement describes the rights and obligations between Chongchong English and member users regarding software licensing, service use and related aspects. "Member User" refers to an individual or entity who enjoys the Professional Edition service provided by Chongchong English. This service agreement constitutes a prerequisite for member users to use the professional version services provided by Chongchong English. Unless the user accepts the terms of this agreement, the user has no right to use the relevant services of this agreement. The user's use behavior will be deemed to agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
Before accepting this agreement, please carefully read the entire content of this agreement (especially the bold text). If you do not agree with any content of this agreement, or cannot accurately understand any content of this agreement, please do not proceed with the follow-up operations.
1.2 Users are requested to review and accept or not accept this agreement. Minors should review and perform it accompanied by their legal guardians. Minors’ exercise and performance of the rights and obligations under this agreement are deemed to have been approved by their legal guardians. Users When enjoying the professional version service, you must fully and strictly abide by the terms of this service agreement.
2.1 The ownership of Chongchong English products and related software intellectual property rights involved in the professional version service belong to Chongchong English. The services provided by Chongchong English will be strictly implemented in accordance with its terms of service and operating rules. When member users enjoy any single service of Chongchong English, they shall be bound by this Agreement.
2.2 Chongchong English only provides the software functions of the professional version of the service. The electronic picture books in the software are shared with other member users from the Internet, and are only for member users to learn and use, and no commercial activities are allowed. If the behavior of member users violates relevant laws and regulations or violates the terms of this agreement, Chongchong English has the right to require them to correct and hold them accountable.
2.3 All the professional version services provided by Chongchong English to member users are limited to the use of member users on Chongchong English. It belongs to the services provided by Chongchong English as agreed in this agreement. The perpetrator is responsible for all legal consequences arising therefrom, and Chongchong English will investigate the perpetrator's legal responsibility according to law.
2.4 When member users use individual services of Chongchong English, the use behavior of member users is deemed as their agreement to the terms of service of each individual service and various announcements issued by Chongchong English in the individual services.
2.5 The user clearly understands and agrees that the payment method of Chongchong English member users or the payment method collected by the charging operator may have certain commercial risks, including but not limited to criminals using the user account or bank cards and other valuable cards to carry out illegal activities, these risks will cause corresponding economic losses to users. The user shall bear the consequences of pursuing the infringement liability from the infringing party and failing to pursue the liability.
2.6 The user shall be responsible for properly and correctly keeping, using and maintaining the account number, account information and account password obtained by the user in Chongchong English. The user shall take necessary and effective confidentiality measures for the user account information and account password. Chongchong English shall not be liable for any leakage of the user account password or loss due to improper storage, use, and maintenance of the user due to reasons other than Chongchong English.
2.7 Chongchong English shall not be liable for any losses caused by the actions or omissions of third parties, including but not limited to network access services and infringements of any third party.
3.1 For the specific opening operation steps, each step will be clearly prompted on the relevant page.
3.2 Only the Apple account purchase method is provided to purchase the professional version of the service. It is not invalid for the user to use a specific method to purchase and become a member, and he shall not be responsible for this behavior.
3.3 After becoming a member user, the member user has the right not to accept the professional version service, and can apply for cancellation, but the professional version service fee will not be refunded.
3.4 The ownership of the member user account belongs to Chongchong English, and the member user has the limited right to use the account.
3.5 The Professional Edition only provides relevant network services, in addition to related network service-related equipment (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other devices related to accessing the Internet or mobile networks) and required fees (such as access to The telephone fee and Internet fee paid for accessing the Internet, and the mobile phone fee paid for using the mobile network) shall be borne by member users themselves.
4.1 Once the user becomes a member of the professional version, it is deemed that the user agrees to the price indicated on the service; after becoming a member of the professional version, the service takes effect immediately.
4.2 The subscription service tariff standard for member users is subject to the detailed tariff price marked on the Natural Pinyin APP. We have the right to change the above tariff standard based on our own business development needs, but we will apply to members who have been activated and continue to be valid at different stages Users are given different tariff discounts for renewals and upgrades. The specific preferential policies are subject to the content announced on the relevant service page of the APP software.
4.3 The user can inquire about the details of the user's subscription service for free, including the opened service content, service period, consumption amount, transaction status, etc.
5.1 The functions provided by the professional version service have a fixed service period, and the service period is the same as the membership period, that is, if the user chooses to open the professional version service for one month, the service period of the user membership is one month.
5.2 The membership benefits provided by purchasing learning services or other products will be automatically invalidated after the service or product is refunded, and the professional version service will be terminated immediately.
5.3 Member rights follow the principle of "delivery first, consumption first", and are consumed sequentially based on the time of member gift/purchase.
6.1 During the validity period of the member user, the member user can enjoy various functions of the professional version provided by Chongchong English, and the specific functions are subject to those provided on the APP page.
6.2 The service functions of the Professional Edition cannot be used for commercial or profit-making purposes, and can only be used for private learning.
6.3 If the behavior of a member user continues to violate this agreement or violate relevant national laws and regulations, or the behavior of a member user damages the reputation and interests of others, we will have the right to cancel the membership user qualification of the member user without any compensation.
6.4 Member users are not allowed to sell professional version services through illegal means such as theft, exploiting system loopholes, or without authorization, otherwise we have the right to cancel the service qualification of member users. The problems caused by this shall be borne by the member users themselves.
6.5 Any member user shall not use nicknames and signature files that are illegal, obscene, insulting or personally offensive. Once discovered, we have the right to cancel their membership qualifications without any compensation or refund.
6.6 Member users who have been disqualified as member users can no longer participate in relevant activities and enjoy various discounts and value-added services, that is, they no longer enjoy the rights of member users.
6.7 Only professional software functions are provided, and any other user actions (such as uploading e-books and disseminating e-books) are the responsibility of the user for his own actions, and we do not assume any related responsibilities.
7.1 If the terms of this agreement change the service content, service method and the content of this user agreement, if the member user does not agree to the change, he has the right to choose to cancel and stop using all or part of the corresponding services that have been obtained; if the member user continues to use our provided For the above services, it is deemed that member users have accepted relevant adjustments.
7.2 Once the member user agreement is modified, the modified content will be announced on the relevant page. Once published, it is deemed to notify member users.
7.3 The period of use of the paid functions provided by the professional version of the service includes the reasonable time required for troubleshooting, server maintenance, adjustments, upgrades, etc. We will not compensate for the time required for the above situations and reserve the right of interpretation.
7.4 When using the services provided by the professional version, we will not be responsible for any leakage of personal data caused by member users notifying others of their personal passwords or sharing registered accounts with others.
7.5 If the member user does not agree to the modification of the terms, he can actively propose to us to terminate the professional version service, but we will not refund part of the professional version service fee from the activation of the professional version service to the month when the professional version service is proposed to terminate the professional version service; if the member user To continue to enjoy the professional version of the service, it is deemed that the member user has accepted the modification of the terms.
7.6 Due to irresistible reasons, such as government actions and force majeure, the professional version service cannot be continued, we will notify the member users, but we will not bear any losses caused to the member users and will not refund the professional version service fee for the month when the service is stopped .
7.7 If a member user violates or is deemed to have violated the content of the terms of service, we have the right to immediately terminate all the services purchased by the user without notifying the user, and cancel the user's user account and use rights of Chongchong English members , but no refunds will be given for any Premium service fees already paid.
7.8 Our failure or delay in exercising our rights under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of those rights, and any single or partial exercise of any of our rights under this Agreement does not preclude the exercise of any other rights. We have the right at any time to require users to continue to perform their obligations and assume corresponding liability for breach of contract.
9.1 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The performance and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute between Chongchong English and users shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the court where it is located for settlement.
9.2 The right to modify and severability of the terms of this agreement
In order to better provide services and comply with relevant policies, we have the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Users are requested to review the terms of this agreement regularly. We will change the modification notice and modification records of these terms on the relevant pages of the APP. Any provision of this Agreement deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
